Products purchased from ValuedCart can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase as per ValuedCart hassle-free return policy – As per our return policy customer has the following options, if below mentioned conditions are satisfied;

  • Exchange with a different product – this request will take 2 working days, the balance amount can be handled by Cash on Delivery (COD) in case of payment done by credit/ debit card balance amount will be transferred to same credit/ debit card only
  • Request for Credit Note – this request will process on the same day, coupon of the same amount will be issued
  • Request for Refund – this request will take 2 working days, to refund the purchase amount to the customer’s debit/ credit card in case of online payment or transfer to your bank account if payment was done through COD

 Conditions

  • The above policy is only applicable for products that are not mentioned in the non-returnable list
  • Exchange, credit note, and refund will only process if the product is not used, security seal is intact, packaging/ box is not damaged, no visible scratches on product includes all accessories and all tags along with original sale invoice and positive investigation/ technical report about the product is submitted by ValuedCart service center
  • In case of damaged/ tempered packaging/ box or is open while product is unused, not defective, no visible scratches, security seal is intact and includes all accessories along with original sale invoice, 10% warehousing fee will be charged on exchange/ refund
  • In case of wrong product is delivered or not the same as described in our platform will be replaced if the product is not used, includes all tags, security seal is intact and in original undamaged packaging/ box along with original sale invoice
  • In case of damaged product is received, customer point it out to a delivery agent and didn’t accept the product, later we will not accept the responsibility if reported

Return & Exchange are NOT applicable:

  • If the product is damaged or scratched
  • Customers need to inspect the product and satisfy themselves before signing the Proof of Delivery document. Any claim as damaged/ broken product will not be entertained under Return & Refund and warranty policy if it was delivered and accepted by the customer
  • The electronic device will not qualify for return or refund if having an activation lock or Find My iPhone, Find My Mobile, Find My Device is activated
  • If VAT is refunded against the invoice
