By registering with ValuedCart or using our services, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions by default. If you are not in agreement with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not register yourself with us or use any of our Services.

1. The account holder/ user must be at least 18 years of age, below 18 years are prohibited to use ValuedCart
2. Any dispute/ claim will be interpreted in accordance with UAE LAWs
3. If the user is representing any business, organization, or any other legal entity, the user must have the authority to bind the entity with our Terms of Use
4. User must not share his/ her ValuedCart account user name and password with anyone, the user will be responsible for all activities, liability, and damage resulting from his/ her failure to keep ValuedCart credentials confidential and unauthorized use of his/ her ValuedCart account
5. User agreed to immediately inform us, in case of an unauthorized use of his/ her ValuedCart account
6. User must keep his/ her email address and mobile number valid those are registered with ValuedCart, the user will be fully responsible if any useful information doesn’t reach to the user from ValuedCart due to un valid email ID/ mobile number
7. User must not transfer his/ her account with ValuedCart to any third party
8. ValuedCart reserve the right to suspend or permanently block any user account without any prior notice or any clarification
9. By registering with ValuedCart users agreed and permit ValuedCart to use the provided information for a better understanding of the user’s interests and send customized products/ promotions to the user’s registered Email ID and mobile number
10. By registering with ValuedCart users provide us permission to use the cookies for a number of purposes but not limited to user’s sign-in information, keeping track of user’s most appropriate content based on user’s interests, preferences, and activity, estimating our total size of traffic and analyzing to improve our content and services or may partner with the third-party service provider using tracking technologies such as browser cookies which allow the partner service provider to recognize your mobile device or computer each time user visit ValuedCart
11. ValuedCart reserve the right to cancel any order in any of the below cases;

• If the wrong image of the product is displayed and the customer purchase the product
• If the wrong price is displayed
• If wrong features or descriptions of the product being advertised
